William Herne is a bilingual undergraduate student from the History program at HSE and is minoring in Economics. He graduated from the Anglo-American School of Moscow and studied at Hampshire College in Massachusetts before transferring to the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, Russia. He began working at the Writing and Communication Center in 2017. Throughout his life William has had considerable experience in using the English language, from growing up in a bilingual environment to studying in an American university and working on a farm in England. He is ready to discuss grammar, structure and ideas regarding written assignments and CVs, as well as to simply have a conversation or work on developing speaking skills.
He hopes to help students improve their English and develop his own teaching skills.
His interests include history, politics and economics.
